Imperial Advance would like to recognize HR & Financing Director Kate Halyuk as Employee of the month for February 2022! For her charity of choice, Kate has chosen to support Kent Animal Shelter in Calverton, NY and Imperial advance has donated $350 towards their cause. Kate has an incredible work ethic, positive and constructive attitude and a keen eye for detail. She is a team player and takes a 'company-first' approach to all of her work. Her go-getter mentality and day to day consistency helps make Imperial Advance a great place to work and do business for our customers and colleagues alike.

CONGRATULATIONS to Angelina Murray for winning the Imperial Advance Employee of the Month Award for September 2021. Aside from being a member of the Operations Team for over 3 years, Angelina consistently provides an unmatched quality of work and level of service to our employees, partners, clients, and customers. Her role in internal operations has helped thousands of businesses receive financing through our platforms and she has shown an exceptional ability to make her colleagues' days easier and more efficient. We are proud and thankful for her hard work!

November Employee of the Month Award – Gabriela Valarezo

This month we are excited to announce Gabriela Valarezo as our #1 Employee of the Month for her outstanding contributions to our company culture and her great work in achieving excellent customer service satisfaction. Gabriela has also shown an outstanding ability to make our colleagues working environment bright and positive as well as answering each client question with a smile. In just a short 6 months she has helped consult hundreds of clients on their business financing inquiries and secured funding for many successful small business owners.

Imperial Advance is honored to award the Imperial Advance Employee of the Year 2017 to Joseph Hall for his unparalleled contribution to our company culture, and his incredible drive to help all of our clients and colleagues Joseph brought a level of enthusiasm to work that greatly impacted the Sportsmanship, Teamwork, and Positive culture we are proud to represent.

Joseph provided a record breaking OVER $1,000,000 in direct small business loans, helping hundreds of clients as Direct Loan Leader 2017!

Without Joe’s constant efforts to support those around him, Imperial Advance wouldn’t be the great company it is today. Each and every day Joseph brings a great smile, sharp intellect, and constant high energy level to all of the clients and colleagues he interacts with.

We’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Joseph Hall for his dedication not only to the company, but also to the family members and friends that surround him. Keep on bringing more of those good vibes and that constructive attitude! You are truly setting an example for others to follow.

Joseph consistently shows up to work wearing 3 distinct “Hats.” The first is his “Mentor” hat – always helping those around him learn from his experience. Next is the “Friends” hat by getting involved in the social aspect of work and bringing us all together. Third is the “Persistence” hat where he tirelessly pushes his work, his clients, and his co-workers forward.
